It really quiet here... Here is my plan for fatloss.

Parabellum

New member
Cardio 5x a week @ 30 min.
Heavy weight workouts 5 x a week
CKD Diet.

The cycle.
Wk 1-8 FINA 75mg EOD or 150 mg every 4 th day.
Wk 1-8 Equifort 75mg EOD because it only stays in your system for 2 days.
Wk 1-2, 4-5, 7-8 Clen 100-120 mcg a day
Wk 1-5 T3 build up to 100mg and taper off.

I getting ready to start this tomorrow. I'm making the fina as I type this. I have a double kit so I'll have 150mg per ml/cc.

what is your calorie level now? And what to you plan on lowering it to?
Make sure you do your weight lifting first then you cardio.Might want to work up to 45 min of the cardio once you can stand it.
 
I will stay in between 2500 - 3000 calories a day.
The cardio is at least 8 hrs apart form the weights.

I don't have the time in the morning to hit the weights. I get up at 0430.

Good plan...cardio is actually best if you can do it apon waking..you blood sugar is low nd you jump into fat burning mod much quicker ...keep us posted on how you are doing
 
I decided to mix the fina and the EQ together and just do one shot eod instead of shooting every damn day.
Do you see any problems with mixing Fina and Equifort?
