I have been working out since my teen years (28 now) but this year to date I've been giving it my all out balls to floor dedication. I've gain 20lbs in 8mos. I'm 5'8 200lbs
But I want the "move out of my way size". So I did my research on "gear" and decided to do a cycle soon.

What gear will give me the less risky and stable gains after off cycle?
