rash on hand and arm from sus an decca

hi all a friend of mine had a shot of sus an decca and came out in a rash on his arm and mostly his hand he had the jab in his deltoid hes asked me 2 look it up and see if its a usual side affect because hes new to itt or weather it might be a elergac reaction and he should stay away.. ive told him to speek 2 his docter but hes a stubburn idiot and wont haha

any one know anythink about tha ?

When I did a sust/eq cycle a couple of years ago, the sust made me itch like crazy, it looked like I had a rash over half my body. It went away after I went off cycle. Benedryll helped me out tho.
