After the battle of r-ALA versus racemic ALA, I want to introduce a new one.
All beta-agonists like salbutamol, clenbuterol have enantiomers, just like ALA.
Once, I read a patent about the separation of the S and the R enantiomers in order to eliminate most of the side-effects of beta agonists, which are mostly caused by the S-enantiomer, while the R-enantiomer has the desired effect.
So the question is, has anybody on the board used R-clen, and did you indeed experience less side-effects?
