Please Scroll Down to See Forums Below i want to give my body and nuts a break before i hit off my next real cycle this october-nov...i was just wondering, other than creatine and glutamine...have u guys had any success with the methoxy products(not comparing it to AS but from a supplement stand point)? from what i hear you have to take alot of it in order for it to be effective, i wanna hear from ppl who actually took it in solid dosages(700-1000mg a day)

i love plain creatine, always works well for me.
2 Things:
1. Methoxygen by VPX sports.
2. Creatine(Any)+600mg ALA/day
The methoxygen's main ingredient is
Methoxyflavone which is basically a
rather anabolic isoflavone.
(In respect to other isoflavones.....LOL)
It DOES have a lot of studies to back it up
by Ciba in the 1960's, 70's, but
its production was discontinued because
of steroids. They were just much better.
Things it does:
1. Its NON-hormonal therefore PERFECT
for bridging.
2. It increases nitrogen retention and
protein synthesis somewhat.
By any definition its a WEAK ANABOLIC
But hey, its anabolic AND non-hormonal
1000mgs/day for the duration of your bridge is optimal.
As far as the creatine, 10g/day with 200-400mg ALA
at the same time.
Glutamine: Just not proven. Good for the immune system
though.

VPX uses a Liposomal sub-lingual delivery system
thats about 80-90% as effective as an injection.
Very advanced compared to other supp. companies.
Any oral supp(like EAS) has vey poor absorption becasue
of stomach acid acidity. i.e. a lot of the active
ingredient gets destroyed.
btw. Liposomal= Metoxyflavone encapsulated in globules
of fat that are time-released to boot.
