Quickest way to lost fat on sarms

What is the quickest way for me to lose as much fat as possible using sarms? I am currenly 300 pounds coming off a long marriage and bad divorce and want to get down to 250 so i can start dating again and meeting people. If i were to run 100mg a day of cardarine GW would that speed things up?
 
best way to lose fat on sarms is to do intermittent fasting and use gw cardarine and cardazol with empty stomach cardio

Man you need to get a good diet and cardio regimen down. Get yourself into a calorie deficit and the weight will start to fall off

What's your diet look like? The GW will help but a healthy caloric deficit is gonna be the main player.

I've used My Fitness Pal (easy to use and has a lot of food in database) and cut my maintenance from 2600 to 1700, kept a high protein intake 1g / 1lb of body wt minimum, and lift hard. Then add GW cardio and you'll see the fat drop every week. I was losing 2.5 lbs a week of weight but maintaining strength on all lifts. It's a pretty a simple formula, just takes some discipline.
