Questions About Sterile vials and my first cycle after break

First of all sorry for my bad English.
Im planning a new cycle 2 years after my last one. I will post my stats and details for feedback after everything is done. But now i just want to ask 2 questions.

1- I d buy 10 ml sterile vials from bac-water.com and i will buy bacteriostatic water from there too. But some people says that site is not trustable about sterile vials(specially) and bac water. Is that true?

2- My last cycle was test enantate + deca + methyltestosterone combo about 2 years ago. and I'm not using steroids systematical or consistently(i cant find the right word) So im doing only 1 or 2 cycle in a year. According to this situation, should i start with testesterone only cycle again like newbie or can i add deca or primo too?
