As we get older fat invariably builds up within the arteries and causes all sorts of problems, keeping your cholesterol in check helps this but is there any way that you can remove what is alreay there or is it a permenant fixture?

angioplasty. they go in via your thigh. they run a wire thru your aorta and into your coronary arteries they go. they use balloons and little tiny wire spreaders called stents. it's really cool. not an elective proceedure! you must have signs/symptoms for them to even consider it.

eat healthy. live healthy. that's the best prevention!
