i currently use a DFHT split-- twice a week for upper and lower, loading for 3 weeks, deloading for 1. I started my cycle in week 2 and am now on week 7 (6 of my cycle). My plan is to finish up deloading in week 8, change the split up some, and then begin the same program again. I then think I will load for 3 more weeks while on cycle, and then come off and begin PCT on a deloading week. Is this a bad idea? Will the 10% load reduction in the deloading week have an adverse effect and lead to a greater loss of gains? I was then planning to resume my typical training for the rest of PCT-- but with 30-40% less total volume. Any thoughts? I know most people here operate on a more traditional split, but maybe somebody has some good insight. Thanks.
