Pushing through flu and cold

What approach do you guys take? I go gym regardless I have the flu or cold. I just take flu medicine and pump some pre workout and I'm in there killing myself lol.


Bad idea? Opinions? Your stories?

Very very bad idea. Thats a great way to prolong being sick and miss more days. Thats the kind if stupid shit i did when i was younger until i realized how ignorant it was to do

Definitely not a great idea. You should be resting to get healthy sooner, plus your just spreading it.
