Which is better for keeping scar tissue to a minimum over the long haul??

(Obviously #1 is more of a hassle, but the question is only about scar tissue)

What do you guys think?

Neither-smaller gauge pins like 23 gauge will obviously cause less tissue damage than an 18 gauge thats as thick as a pencil lead.

I haven't seen any scientific data for AS shots, but from my experience less shots = less scar tissue. I remember doing ED tren, by the 8th week it was very hard to do a shot in my delt.

Sounds like scar tissue has nothing to do with gear. Its all about the # of injects and the pin size. Makes sense, thanks.

can you get all the gear out of a 25g needle i used the 25g 5/8 poins on my delt and it was hard to queeze it out.

or i have read it is good to heat the gear up. is this true? i never did it on my last cycle. but how wousl you if you did?
