I would not recommend taking things that will cause you to fail a test. The issue here is that you need to run that pct.

the best ways to decrease SHBG and increase free test is using proviron on cycle.

but in this case you didn't run a good enough PCT so now you have low test levels which will cause low free test levels. no aromasin won't fix this problem. you should run blood work and see where you are at and then run another pct

Also small amounts of winstrol, such as 15-20mg/ed will lower SHBG

This is definitely the best PCT protocol, so you are good to go with it. As for the SARMS, there are many fakes, so make sure to be getting the legit ones from such sources as sarms1.

bottom line is your HPTA needs time to recovery itself. you aren't going to magically have it fix after a few weeks off cycle.. time on = time of X2 is a good estimate.. assuming your HPTA isn't shot to hell from steroid abuse already

The Perfect PCT is the best option in my opinion for a PCT. I would try it but without the clomid and nolva it is hard to believe it will get you to recover quickly. It is going to take time in your case.

Im optimizing everything I can naturally...sleep, vitamins, minerals, food (vegetables), healthy fat, being around girls, working out big and intense, no alcohol/drugs, etc... Feels much better know... I also got Cialis (viagra) from my doctor, while he is running more bloodwork on me... I finished the cycle (test + winstrol - 12week, nolvadex only as pct) in the end of april... so hopefully its on its way back now... but damn, it takes time.. I atleast got my viagra to lean on when getting lucky.. Thats a big comfort to have...

I will wait some more time as Im feeling better and the doc is figuring out things Thanks for all the help guys, appreciate it! Will probably get back at you in a week, when my latest bloodwork have arrived... Im doing a test to see what may affect my SHBG level to be this high... Pretty excited to see the result and start looking for solutions!
