Problems with EF account

Hi all,

Has been a while, but as a lifetime platinum member I am unable to access "Your Account" and access all my paid reports and subscriptions?

Have tried to contact the site, but submitted forms are not going through.

I saw others have had same problem, but i am yet to read a response.

Has something happened that I have missed whilst away from site?

the site upgraded their servers and changed the platform. it is now faster, mods and staff actually respond to your questions, and it is ran with a 'member first' attitude. in the old days you would get banned for asking a question or for simply needing help finding a source so you don't get screwed. although we are still NOT a source site, atleast now you don't have to be banned over stupid shit like the old days
