problems after changing labs

I was going to do a 14 week cycle of test from two different labs( 7 weeks & 7 weeks) , for some reason after I started using my other half I'm not gaining any weight and training and diet are the same as the first 6 weeks, could it be for mixing labs or the second gear is garbage? thank you.

you either stopped gaining cause you reached a plateau, or your gear is bunk
