what would be the best/ most effective dosage of var for somone who's never ran it before?

lbm gains with anavar are comparable or better then primo and var is WAY better for strength

PRIMO all the way. I used var at 100 mgs a day and didnt notice all that much, maybe just a little hardening.
The 99.9% primo being faked thing is soooooo not true. Everybody has primo nowadays
in the 90's that was true but not now.

Agreed.

However I do feel Anavar is good for some strength gains, it helped me. Wife loves Anavar, that's who I get it for. Primo is exceptional to me for keeping gains and absolutely no side effects ever for me. Both are $$$$ though, if you can afford either, go for it.

If the Primo I get is fake, then I LOVE fake Primo.....
