Thanks. Unfortunately i had to push it back to nov.
Found out after i went and spoke to a lawyer,,that work never filed any workers comp claim at all. So I would have gone out and wouldnt have received a pay nothing..
So now the process has been started and filed a claim. So I figured by November everything should be set up and ready for me when i go out. My family relies on me since there is only one income and i cannot risk no income at all coming in. So i will deal another month. Glad i ended up getting a lawyer.
