Guys what happened to diet and training this is a very attainable state with just a proper diet and cardio regimen and a little patience

^dude your on a steriod board..go find a natural board they are all over ..dont go.bashing other peoples ways..maybe your metabolism is higher..hell I could eat a gallon of icecream a day and never get above 8-10%bf...most cant...but seriously think about it..this is a chemical enhancement based web site!

Take this for example ..I but a bish on ECA..and that Dime..lost ten lbs in a month With nothing but running a few days per week...she became a 15 and nevr gained it back..after discontinued bc it removes the actual adipose tissue for good
