Potassium dose (taking with clen) ??

ok, so i have potassium gluconate pills......it says 595mg dose, but its actually 99mg potassium FROM 595 MG pot. gluconate.....

so does this mean i need to take 10 pills to get my 1 g of potassium.....or is the gluconate dose ok to go by?

your gettin 99mg of elemenral pot from the gluconate 99mg is the max per pill set by the FDA, NOW sells pot gluc powder which is much more cost effective
