potassium and cramoing from Clen Q.

I went to the store today to get some potassium tablets, and there were two kinds. I just want to know what the difference is.
Potassium (chelated) 99mg
Potassium Gluconate 595mg.

I bought the Gluconate, only because of the higher mg.'s, but I want to make sure that that's what I need to get rid of this CRAZY and annoying cramping.
