Post Workout Insulin Question - Need Some Advice

I am planning on taking humulin r three times per week, after my big workouts (chest, legs, back). I want to put on some size but not get fat. Here is what I plan to do:

Post w/o:
5iu humulin r

15 min later:
Protein Shake-
10g creatine
10g glutamine
50g dextrose
50g whey protein

2 hrs later:
Protein Shake-
10g glutamine
50g dextrose
50g whey protein

of course I will consume no fat during humulin r 4 hour window.
I think using 10-1 carb/iu ratio will not get me fat using only 5iu a day.

What do you think? All I am on now is 400mg of Primobolan a week. I dont want to fuck with any androgens any more. I just want to keep my natural test levels as high as possible. But I still want to get big!

Any suggestions?

Don't know if this will help but it's what I've read lately. I'm reasearching for a GH/Slin cycle right now.

Within 15 minutes after Slin shot Carb drink(50-60g in your case of 5iu), Liquid aminos.

45 minutes later : 50g Dextrose or N-Large2, Glutamine, Creatine, Liquid aminos, Alpha Lopoic Acid and protien powder .

1 hr later a full meal with simple and complex carbs.

The reason for waiting 1hr after Slin to add Glutamine , Creatine ect is that is when the Slin starts to become more "active" in shuttling nutrients to the cells, greater productivity.

I'm trying to find out now if the N-Large2 will be just as effective as Dextrose. N-Large has 600 cals, 52g protien and 89 carbs, but I don't know if these type of carbs are as good for muscle recovery as Dextrose.
