Possible torn labrum, would hgh or deca help to speed recovery?

Mri showed some inflammation which suggested this. Doc said it could clear up on its own but from what Ive read more than likely getting cut and scoped is a neccessity.

Anybody else had experience with this?

I know Quadsweeps doctors were shocked at his recovery in his knee and neck and I believed he supplemented.
