Possible Gyno.....advice needed

I finished an 8 week cycle of 25mg. of d-bol for 4 weeks, and 750 mg. of primoteston for 8 weeks on April 1st. During that time, I had no signs of Gyno. I took clomid for the first 2 weeks of April, and thought that I was in the clear. Well, 7 weeks later, I have been getting itching, pain, and a very small lump under my left nipple. I do not have nolvadex, and cant get any for 10 days. I still have about 30 clomids left. Any advice on how to stop this from getting worse?? Thanks
