please check my var dose

first cycle ever for cutting
40 years old
bf 14%
weight 67 kilos
so I will be running 10 weeks of test at 400 mg a week and anavar 50mg ed the last 5 weeks, also arimidex from day one .25 a day, I wonder if the dose of var is too high related to my dose of test, thank you.

why are you cutting at 147 pounds? unless you are a midget with that much body fat and that body weight you barely have any muscle on your frame.

Your cycle itself looks good. I would add in a good liver aid supplement when using the anavar since it's a liver toxic oral steroid. Look for a liver aid supplement that contains TUDCA, NAC and milk thistle. The board sponsor n2bm.com makes an awesome product called n2guard. Check that out.

Definitely post up a picture or give some more information on your stats. You really want to have a muscular base built up before using steroids.
