Plantar Fasciitis and AAS

I read a few articles saying plantar fasciitis can be treated with AAS because some of them contain anti inflammatory properties, I've had plantar fasciitis for 2 years already and no treatment has helped so far, I wonder which AAS is the most effective for this problem, thanks guys.

AAS are inflammatory. cortico steroids are anti-inflammatory

you are confusing both or where you are getting your info is confusing both

in any event reducing inflammation using cortico's as an athlete is NOT SMART. you will actually cause more damage doing that because your injury will still be there but your brain will think it isn't.

my suggestion is learn physical therapy practices and you need to lay off of it. there is no cure for PF except rest and physical therapy
