Planning cycle....need help!!

I have the following coming my way.....

Anadrol
Dianabol
Cypionate
Enanthate
Equipoise


how would you break these down over say 12-16 weeks

I would do a 5 on 2 off heavy training regimen
I am 6'2" and 260 pounds with 21% BF
I will have Liquidex during and Clomid at the end

I also need to know an approximate amount of protein grams since I am using a lot of Muscle Tech and MET-rx RTD's to supply
