Pin the quads

Does anyone pin in the quads on leg day ? Do you recommend it ? I want to change my pin location and thought about the quads your input would be appreciated!

I would avoid pinning the quads on leg day thats just gonna suck for you.

Outer quads are where I do all my injections. Super easy injection site.

It's best to inject post workout though when the muscle is warm. I would do your quad injections post quad workout.
