pin problem

i pinned my left quad and cant bend my leg for few days---worst charlie horse i ever have---been using heating pads, massage and epsom salt baths and not too much better----has this ever happened to anyone or did i seriously hurt myself----i pinned 1 1/2cc of 1/2cc test 4, 1/2cc of bold ace and 1/2cc of npp100

Even after 20+ yrs I'm still not fond of quad injections,,,check your method or move to another location.
