Pin gone bad!

only ever had one bad inject but i think it was due to not swabbing the top of the vile with a alcohol wipe. i use the same 23g to draw and inject and no prob after a few hundred pins in my time. after 3-4 days it went away but it didnt really look infected but it did feel like fluid under the skin. i pretty much hit the left quad right quad rotation. some times ur just unlucky
