Phentermine and pre employment drug screening

I get the phentermine from a DR so getting a script wont be a problem, thing is its clearly obvious I dont need the drug. Would it be better to tell the person conducting the interview Im using phentermine under a DR's supervision or should I tell the physician conducting the physical about using?

I really want this job and Im worried that if I tell the person conducting the interview he/she will think Im some sort of druggie and I wont make it past the interview to even get a physical.

I really want this job I just want to make sure I dont screw up by doing the wrong thing.
