People who have ran accutane with a cycle

To anyone who has ran accutane because they get acne from the anabolics steroids, what dose did you find effective for completely keeping the breakouts away. Im just wondering because i started accutane on september 1st at 20mg ed and ran it until december 31st with my cycle and i was still getting cystic pimples on my face. My face was peeling a little but lotion helped and aquaphor for the lips helped, but even though i was peeling, i still seemed to get the cystic pimples. I hear 20mg is a very low dose and someone suggested that i bump it up to 40-60mg ed. Just wanna see how much accutane im gonna need if i were to go back on cycle, but that wont be for a while, i just want to plan ahead.
