the paleo diet is very good IF done right.


the problem is a lot of these gurus and paleo diet pushers are simply not doing it right. when you have people doing paleo who think chipotle is paleo, or drinking wine is paleo you know the entire thing has been bastardized

So many variations that few, if any (much like Keto) aren't doing a Paleo diet.

I am not a huge fan of fad diets but this is probably the best overall for health. Just use your common sense when it comes to eating and total calories you consume.
