Painful nipple question

Last month I was on 200mg eod of fina. After 4 weeks of this, if I sqeezed or pressed my nipples they felt a bit sore. I immediately quit the fina. I've been off the fina for about 3 weeks but the nipples are still a little sore when I sqeeze them. They haven't change in shape or form at all. How long will they be sore?

You know I have had a couple scares myself... I remember in your pic you looked shaved am I correct? I know that when I save sometimes my nips get irritated but it aint from gyno... I was really scared... But I am still gyno free....
