Combatting some gyno got it down pretty significantly. I was thinking of cutting ralox down to 30mg im running tren ace 200mg and test cyp 200 i wanted to drop the test to 180 as well see if that helps in combatting gyno and finding a better test/estro balance as i am experiencing a bit of forehead acne. So problem is estro and pain in heels and slight tightness in jaw upon waking

Wait a minute - are you on cycle now? On TRT?

If you are on a cycle, you should rather stop the cycle first and run a proper PCT. You can not combat the already appeared gyno and run a steroid cycle at the same time - that is just not effective.

After running a proper PCT, do the anti-gyno protocol as described here - https://www.evolutionary.org/anti-gynecomastia-cure-version-3

Make sure to run it to the letter, and finish it off completely. Some guys will stop the cycle as soon as they see improvements, but this is a wrong thing to do if you want long lasting results. I have personally seen this protocol help lots of guys.

@lev buterlov gave you some good advice.

1. Run the perfect PCT protocol ->https://www.evolutionary.org/forums/anabolic-steroids-peds/perfect-pct-simplified!-49252.html

2. After finishing the perfect PCT protocol, run the anti gyno protocol exactly as laid out in this article -> https://www.evolutionary.org/anti-gynecomastia-cure-version-3

Take the guys advice on Gyno. Pain in heels I had to think about - Dorian Yates would get pain in the soles of his feet due to the very low body fat levels.

Yes I saw that interview . I remember it London Real Talk

Don't forget that you should get blood work when you suspect estrogen issues. You don't want to guess because many of the symptoms of low estrogen are similar to those of high estrogen.
