Pain after deltoid shot ???

I shot 2 ml of test E 2 days ago in the deltoid as soon as it was in the muscle I could feel the arm ache straight away which I haven't felt in years 2 days on now the muscle is sore to touch but is higher on the delt than where I shot ??? No swelling redness or lumps just a little warm any help welcome p.s I no really 2ml is a bit to much for delts

As long as you are not experiencing any symptoms you should be fine. And like you said, 2ml is a bit much for one delt. Do 1/1 next time if you want to stay with the delts area

Yea 2 ml in delt is a lot of oil

I never go over 1 ml in delt that's just me though

Thanks guys all ok now pains gone was just a bit stupid not thinking as I was shooting in the delts with 2 ml I'll be more switched on next time
