if something gets seized, its clearly not smart to order to the same address again... the fact you are even asking that is not good...

don't ever use an address that is permanent.. get a PO BOX or something temporary so you can keep changing it when you do get seized

You will usually get a letter yes. You should probably use a new PO box after a seizure, however, your address isn't always flagged. Often times it's the shipper that gets flagged.
