I am currently cutting up on test/EQ/fina/T3... my OTC supps are just multi-v, NAC, and isolate, thats it. Am I missing anything of importance? Should I throw a potassium supp in there?
Any ECA you can still get a hold of somehow, a good MRP and perhaps an EFA supplement. Protein powder and a muti-vitamin are the only other must haves IMO.
I really didnt think you would know to much about this topic Ulter . Im only gonna be at work for a few more hours so try to not get too carried away, and you cant list anything sold at the AF store .
Don't forget a good Calcium, Magnesium and Zinc supplement. Melatonin is great too (Melatonin is also a hormone too!) for regulating sleep and it's also a very powerful antioxidant.
