ostarine cycle as a first

I wanted to try sarms and heard that mk2866 ostarine is a good one for a newbie. I am looking to help with performance and recomp. My stats are 28- 5.10 170 and body fat is in low to mid double digits. I am planning on doing the ostarine 25mg a day for 12 weeks and the gw cardarine 16 weeks. Pct is nolvadex. Does this seem good?

I like your cycle but use 50mgs of osta and push it to 16 weeks with GW, add cardazol preworkout 3-4 caps and 1 intra workout. PCT should be nolvadex and ostazol 40.

Use N2Generate ES as your PCT. I doubt you need something as potent as Nolva in your PCT from Osarine. GW is non-suppressive.
