Orals on empty stomach or with food?

Just wondering if it matters when taking orals if you have food in your stomach or if it's empty?

i take all my meds, AAS/psych/bp at the same time. works well for me, first thing in the morning.

I only consume w/ food. Not that my way is right, but some things make me nauseous if I dont have food with them.

I take mine with juice with my breakfast meds ie: muti v-rala- etc..

I take mine in the morning with some light food.

As soon as I roll out of bed, before I even eat I give myself whatever pokes I need to, and munch on some orals also.
