Never heard that. And I don't care what their names are.
The problem with the internet is there is no filter. There is no editor. Anyone can post an article or video. Even if they have no credentials.
What @stevesmi said is correct. Certain supplements like grapefruit juice actually INCREASES the absorption of oral steroids because they block the enzymes in your body that break down the oral steroids in your blood stream.
