Old school BB cycles

I've read a few articles that talk about pro BBs in the late 80's and early 90's cycling compounds for 3 weeks at a time for 12 weeks.

They talk about using:
2 anabolics & 1 androgenic -3weeks
2 androgens & 1 anabolic -3 weeks

Anybody know if this actually works? For somebody like me (PhD in broSCIENCE) it's seems like this keeps the receptors fresh and pulling the drugs in.

What compounds are andro and anabolic?

There were lots of theories when information was limited. I had a few interesting ones myself. But the more we learn the more we realize that a simple approach is best. The one area where i feel the old timers got it right was in cycle length. I'm not sure where you got your info but 6 week cycles were standard until the mid 1990's.

I like the idea simply to keep the receptors pulling the hormones.. After 6-8 weeks most of my gains slow down anyways, and I retain them for 5-6 weeks after.

I agree last time I ran primo it was for 8 weeks and was totally satisfied.
