I read an article stating that if one is on a strict diet and workout regimen but still has not lost alot of fat(lower abs and/or back) it could be related or due to excess estrogen. Now, my question, is it okay to use a anti-e like arimi, let or aromasin to see if this is the case? If it is okay, which anti-e would you prefer?

I'm desperate!

Thanks Bros!!!!!

If you're not on steroids i would not use aromasin, it will decrease your estrogen level to stupidly low levels. You need estrogen, i would use a low dose of arimidex, say .5-.25mg/day

I'm doing it now. NYC, .25 liquidex ED, and the good old CKD. Just starting week three of the diet with nyc, and week 1 of the liquidex. Off about 10 lbs but I know there has been muscle loss with that. Looking for the Ldex to sart kicking in a couple more days.
