Yeah you can do that. I have done that before and just to warn you, whatever you do don't drive while taking these. That stuff will knock me the f**k out.

how many mlg of valerian should i take?

I would just take the recommended dose listed on the bottle same goes for the kava kava. If that doesn't do anything for you try taking more of the val. root first. I think the ones I had were 500mg caps and i would take two. I could be off of the dosage so if yours are only 50mg dont take 20caps. Whatever is on the bottle should work.
