cool cheers for the post dude..im sure most people here jus tryin to pass on der knowledge based on there own experience n i appreciate that..im not enterin into this lightly at all which is why im here...wat radar suggested was 3weeks 5mg 3 weeks 10mg 2 weeks 20mg then back 10 then finish off on 5..however he suggested only takin on days im trainin mon-wed-fri...

i like taking dbol as a pre work out only, if im running other gear. i would never do that on a dbol only cycle.

if i was running a dbol only cycle with 20mg as my target dose i would run it like this
10/15/20/20/20/20/10/5 8 weaks total.

if i was going to run dbol as a blast and cruize i would run it this way
20mg ed for 1 month than 5 mg ed for 1 month then back to 20 again
 
Theres just many ways to run Dbol ,since either will put you in an anabolic state Diets and the asorbsion of protein is what matters most

glad i came onto forum understandin this alot more now were as iv friends who r takin stuff they r gettin of people without even at the least google wat there stickin into der bodys..NOT ME..
