oil abcess? Need expert advice

Heres the deal, I've been done with my cycle for going on 4 weeks, and I still have an oil abcess on my left shoulder. There is no pain and no bruise or red spot. It seems to be going down now, my question is what can happen if its there for too long? Im thinking of waiting a little more to see if it improves. what do you think?

What makes you think it is an abcess? sounds like a knot to me

if it isnt red and hot to the touch it isnt an abcess ...especially if you are not experiencing fever and other flu like symptoms...what kind of juice were you shooting in your shoulder...you probably built up a pocket of scar tissue.....take a golf ball and roll it really hard over the lump for a few mins a day and it will reduce some

So i shouldnt worry about it then? I thought it was an abcess, i never really heard of a knot forming. ill try the golf ball thing for a couple days and see how it goes. Could packing ice on it for like 20 mins good too?

Oh by the way, i was using Test Enth. 600mg/week and Eq 500mg/week.
