my 22nd b-day is next week. I took a 3 year break from training. Just got back into it about 18 months ago. I had a devastating shoulder injury in 2000 that demotivated me to the point where i let myself go. I started smoking and drinking, and looked like shit. so, 18 months ago i quit drinking and smoking, started working out again and haven't looked back since.
