Off cycle duration...How long??

I have had a few different opinions of off cycle durations ranging from 6 months to 8 weeks. Can anyone give me any advice on the normal off time??

just incase it matters my cycle is Dbol(wk 1-4), test cyp & deca(wk1-10) + PCT(clomid).

I wouldn'T be on for more than 10 weeks. That's just me playing safe. Then I'd do my PCT, and remain off for at least 10 weeks. Please note the "off" period starts right after your PCT and not after your cycle because PCT is actually part of your cycle.

echoing Manny's comments. as a rule of thumb, stay off at least as long as on.

8 week on = 8 weeks off

To be sure when is best time to go back on is have a doc look at your bloodwork. I'm not doing anything until I get my HPTA back online. There is only one way to be sure, bloodwork.

i agree. give your body as much time to recover as you fucked it up. depending on your recovery and how you feel, you may even want to wait a little longer.
