O/T, Please read: Lost a good job today, anyone good jobs in health industry?

I lost a good job today, a bartending gig, not a carer, but good money and benefits. I recently finished school, I have a BA in Communications. I was plannin on put out my resume and looking to start a career anyway. I kinda wanted to do something behind the scenes, in music or tv. I was wondering about maybe something in the heath indistry, more along the lines of managing a GNC or a few GNC stores or working for a supplement company. Just a few ideas. Anyone know any more on this? Thanks.
