Nutrobal MK677 good for newbie?

I am looking to gain some weight and I am 30 years old, I am eating a lot more but the more I eat the more I spin my wheels. I’m up to 55kgs only and my height is 175cm. Would like to put on 5kg. Is nutrobal MK677 a good sarm to use for me or should I use something else like LGD anabolicum? I am going to use dssault labs which I hope is a good brand.

every meathead always tells skinny dudes to eat more, in actuality focus less on eating more and more on WHAT types of foods you eat.

as you can see counting calories does not work, rather it is about the TYPES of calories.

eat REAL FOOD that feeds muscles. just think about that everytime you eat something. does it feed me?

1. poptarts
2. cereal
3. veggies/fruit
4. grassfed beef

which of those 2 above won't feed your muscles and which 2 above will? use logic when you answer

Great cycle above but if you can only get 1 SARM, I would get LGD for mass gains.
