Nolvadex only dosage for PCT

For those who only use nolvadex for pct. is 20mg for 4 weeks sufficient for 500mg test cycle lasting 10 weeks including adex for the entire 10 weeks too. I've heard some use 40mg for the first few weeks but was getting contradicting advise saying over 30mg won't make a difference. anyone know?

sorry bro, never tried that route. with all the other choices out there, why would you want to risk losing all your gains by using a nolva only pct.

20mg/day is as good as it gets. No benefit to 40mg/day.

the author of all those anabolic books William Llewellyn said they have the same effectiveness at bringing up test levels . Plus I've been reading about people having eyesight problems. How will I lift if I can't see?

But does anyone know about the dosages for nolvadex though?

I did a nolva only pct (20mg a day), but it was for a winny only cycle

take a look at the link on my profile page it hs an outline for a nolva only pct... personally I prefer a clomid/nolva pct... seems to have worked best for me!!
