nipples feeling itchy

[FONT=&quot]I'm currently running 75mg TestP and 75mg TrenA QD for a total of 525mg per week each. I'm 4 weeks in and my nipples are really itchy and sensitive. I've run both tren and prop several times but never run tren higher than 350mg per week. I'm taking pharma adex at 0.5mg QOD. I also have pharma caber and nolva on hand but I'm not currently taking those. What should my next step be? There are no lumps or signs of breast tissue. Nipples are not puffy.[/FONT]
